The surrounding nature is fine, perfect for hiking and exploring. The Wi-Fi was virtually unusable, frustrating.

The rooms they have were tidy and new-fashioned with own toilet & shower + TV and 2 separate beds instead of 1 queen size, as example. Location : the hotel was short walk to south iceland and Sites and the mountains behind.

The breakfast deal was plentiful and substantial with food to choose from and various meal, for example. We were in a twin room with a double bed, books, for instance.

The small kitchen is frustrating for cooking!!! Really, a toaster and microwave? The loud sounds from thin walls can invade your peace!!! Cold showers due to a shared shower situation is just unacceptable!!!

we didn't feel like leaving, totally recommend. our partner and we loved being there. the rooms were new-fashioned and with extra size beds. the hotel has particularly good and stunning location just off the '' garden '', and south east iceland. it also was on the mountains.

A cozy stay in great surroundings
The location near fine landscapes and the takeaway breakfast made mornings special, while the hot tubs were a perfect retreat after a long day.

The surrounding nature is fine, perfect for hiking.
I was disappointed by the outdated decor and minimal furniture in the room. The shower setup was inconvenient. Breakfast choices were limited and didn't meet my expectations, leaving me feeling unsatisfied each morning.

I almost left a glowing review, but how could i? Wifi didn't work, and the jazuzzi was out of order! Walls so thin, i heard every detail of my neighbors' conversations. I expected a complimentary dinner or at least a special gift for these inconveniences, but no.

The homemade ice cream at the nearby café was a sweet highlight after long hikes! Plus, the breakfasts were good take-away options. We were even lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the northern lights from our balcony!
The first thing that hit me when I stepped into our room was 'welcome to Alcatraz! ' ⚡️ 217,30€ For a shoebox was a laugh. The place felt ancient, thin toilet paper, and stained pillowcases added to the charm. At least earplugs were handy with all the noise and the sun shining in because of the lack of curtains!

The accommodation's proximity to the fine Highlands allowed for an amazing hiking experience, particularly enjoyable in the pleasant evening sun.
The breakfast selection was quite basic, offering only cereals and standard cheeses.

Just an appropriate option for a whistle-stop in Horgsland with best value for money ratio. Although the cabin was dirty and in desperate need of fixing, the staff was friendly and tried to help wherever they could. It's better to check the cabin before settling in to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

The room wasnice and neat. The common area had a fridge and microwave.
Breakfast could use more variety.

Beautiful scenery for hiking, but Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent. Parking was free.

missingWrote a review on 27 Junclean roomconvenient check-inlack of cutlerysmoke alarm issueslimited breakfast variety
The self-service check-in was a plus. The bathroom was small but maintained a high level of cleanliness, a big plus. The cutlery situation was lacking-only a few forks and knives for a room advertised for six. While the breakfast offered a decent selection, there was room for improvement in variety. It would have been better if the smoke alarms were functional, as safety should never be compromised.
